Job Description
Job Summary:
Looking for a Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide medical services for a home visit clinic for senior patients. NP should be familiar with senior care and the variety of diseases and complications associated with aging (dementia, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, etc.) and must be comfortable providing care to patients in their own home or in a non-traditional setting. Candidate should also be comfortable, willing, and ready to serve as a primary care provider for patients. Newly licensed NPs are welcomed and encouraged to apply.
Hours and schedule:
Looking for someone who can work 40 hours a week with much of the scheduled time being on-call. Shifts will be from 2pm-10pm Thursday to Monday with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.

Requirements:
* License to practice within the State of Alaska.
* Federal DEA Registration.
* Valid Driver's License
