Job Description
SNF/LTC facilities located within the Seattle market seeking an experienced or recent grad NP or PA. This a true team and merit practice. If interested please refer to Jon ID#43920
Job Details:
- Support the efforts of skilled nursing facilities to raise the bar of service for post-acute and long-term care
- Reduce return to the hospital and regain the best level of function with the goal of leading to lower level care/independent living when possible
- Patient encounters are capped at 15 patients a day
- Schedule Monday- Friday 9:30-5:30 with light call
- 3 weeks of PTO, CME, $7,500 relocation assistance
- Salary is DOE
