Our Client in Little Falls, Minnesota (MN), is needing an experienced Nurse Practitioner to cover Full- time in 2019. Services include: Primary Care, with traditional primary, acute issues, and health maintenance and chronic disease with no OB. Candidate will colaborate with our team of 23 Primary Care MD's / APC's.
Ambulatory Clinic services, but no hospital services and no call coverage
Pediatric is 25%, adult is 50% and Geriatrics is 25%.
Average daily visits 15, with 95% already scheduled and 5% walk-ins.
Candidate, must be flexible to assist a rural health clinic located 15 minutes away from main site.
