Job Description
* Join established CHC in northern Fairfield County
* Work at addiction treatment center providing primary care services to the patient population (i.e. treating traditional PC needs, colds, flu/flu shots, other illnesses, asthma, etc.)
* Full time need with Monday through Friday schedule -- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (One late night per week – fixed)
* Competitive compensation DOE and full benefit package with generous paid time off
* Qualifies for NHSC loan repayment with high HPSA score
