About the POSITION:
- Primary Care – Advanced Practice Provider
- Background in Pediatrics is required
- Schedule: Flexible FT or PT
- Call: no on call or hospital duties
- Fluent bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred
- Work in a patient-centered medical home structure
