A very busy clinic in south central California is seeking an Urgent Care and Family Nurse Practitioner to join their staff. The Family Practice is a independent position in a rural Primary Care Clinic. The NP will carry their own panel of patients. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm and 12-15 patients will be seen per day. The Urgent Care position is 12-hour shifts 7am – 7pm M-F and 8-5 on Sat/Sun (average 72 hours every two weeks). They will see an average of 25 patients per day. No call coverage is required for either position. The clinic is offering a full benefits package including retirement with 4% match. They are also offering relocation for candidates moving to the area. This city is located in the southern sierra region of California, surrounded by mountain ranges.
