A Primary Care Clinic near Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to assist with coverage. Dates of coverage are 3/4 and 3/6 from 10:30 – 7pm; 3/12, 3/14 and 3/15 from 8 – 12pm. 4-hour days they see 3-8 patients and 8-hour days 6-12 patients.
