Locums Nurse Practitioner Need in Arizona
- Start Date:
- ASAP
- Credentialing takes 1-2 weeks(will issue temps)
- Reason for need:
- Perm Recruiting
- Daily Patient Volume:
- 15-20 Per Day
- Patient Ages:
- All Ages
- Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 5x8's or 4x10's are options
- 9am-4pm
- 40hrs per week
- Length of Assignment:
- 3 months, ongoing
- EMR:
- CPSI
- Facility Size:
- 8 exam rooms
- 30%-50% Medicare patients
- Support Staff:
- Nurses, NPs, Med staff director, ER physicians
- Other Requirements:
- DEA Required
- BLS Required
- Clinical Details:
- Clinic coverage only
- Suturing skills required
- Total # of patients per day will vary.
- Patient times will range from 15-45 min per patient, depending on visit type.
