An excellent health center in Humboldt County, CA needs a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. The incoming provider will see 14-17 patients per day seeing all ages. The schedule is Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. 10-12-hour shifts are possible. The clinic is offering a very generous benefits package including relocation reimbursement, sign-on bonus and license reimbursement. Humboldt County is located on California’s beautiful north coast, approximately 250 miles north of San Francisco and 350 miles south of Portland.
