MDA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for a Per Diem ongoing assignment in Arizona.
Primary Care / Occupational Medicine
Active AZ license, BLS, DEA and prescriptive auth.
At least 2 years experience as a NP in a Primary Care/Occupational Medicine setting.
Must be able to see all ages (3 years and up).
May 28-30, 7.30a - 4p
