Nurse Practitioner with Addiction Treatment Experience | Locums Position in Southern Oregon
Details/Requirements:
--Addiction Treatment facility in southern Oregon needs Nurse Practitioner for part-time coverage every week
--Tuesday-Thursday - days start at either 6am or 7am for 6 hours per day.
--Start date needed is June 4th.
--Will be providing addiction treatment/medical care to patients
--Will be the solo practitioner on site, however, the medical director is available anytime by phone
--LPN onsite, as well as Counselors
--Number of patients per day varies
--You will be seeing intakes and also patients for Annuals
--Certifications such as suboxone preferred but not required
--We will provide your travel, lodging and malpractice insurance
