Job Description

We are currently seeking a family nurse practitioner or physician assistant for full-time coverage in southern Arizona. Details below.

- ASAP start (tentative 6-8 weeks to credential)
- Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts
- Initial 6-month commitment (1-year commitment preferred)
- Treating all ages (military personnel and their extended family)
- Basic Primary Care duties, sick/well visits, follow-up appointments, and some chronic care cases such as hypertension/diabetes
- Experience/Certification requirements:
- active BLS
- Active medical license (any state)
- DEA
