One of the most successful community hospitals in Upstate New York is seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their team.


Overview:
-The NP or PA will work in a family medicine setting treating both Adult and Pediatric patients.

-Must have completed an accredited NP or PA program and be registered by the NYS Department of Education.
