This opportunity is with an integrated rural healthcare system. They have two hospitals, multi-specialty care, serving a region of 12,000 square miles across North Central Washington. There are over 300 physicians and 170 advanced practice providers on staff.
Job Description:
The Nurse Practitioner will join a professional team of Family Medicine and Internal Medicine Physicians and providers serving geriatric patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities, Adult Care Homes, and Assisted Living Facilities. This position will have oversight and regular interaction with the Medical Director, support, and case consultation. There is an active mentor program for program integration. The position is full-time, 5-day work week. No call. At least 1-2 yeas of experience in geriatrics, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine is preferred. New Grads are welcome to apply. Must be eligible for licensure in Washington State.
