Leading 5 Star Skilled Nursing Facility looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner for role in the Bronx, NY area!
NP will join a mission driven team that serves their patients’ needs in the surrounding area!

Provider’s Role with the Company:
- Full time role at 5 days per week
- Team player that wants to have a collegial setting with all staff and MDs
- Main goal is to decrease hospitalization rates by 10-20%!
- Team truly works together and are committed to the patients to make their lives better in a facility with a great reputation in the surrounding area
Background Profile:
- Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Adult Nurse Practitioner / ANP or Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner / AGNP
- License and Board Certification in state of New York or pending
