DESCRIPTION:
· Dates: 12/22-4/30 in Claremore, OK (Mon-Fri)
· On-site clinics for employees and their family members
· Most clinics are on-site at businesses, but some are stand-alone clinics
· Must be comfortable seeing ages 2 and up
· Primary Care with MUST have OccMed/Urgent Care
· 3 years of NP experience required
· EMR: eCW
REQUIRED:
· OK state license; active, unrestricted
· OK dispensing license
· BC/BE
COMPENSATION:
· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing and transportation needs, etc.)
