About the POSITION:
- Family Medicine – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Schedule: 35-40hrs per week, one late night per week
- Rotating telephone call coverage with other providers
- Collaborate with a team of skilled physicians and advanced practice providers
- Group is recognized as a Level-3 Patient Centered Medical Home
