Provider’s Role with the Company:

• Full-time – 40 hours a week, Part time is 8-24 hours/week and includes a Saturday shift (9am-1pm)
• NP will treat all ages in primary care/family practice- health and wellness center
• 8-17 patients seen per day, some walk ins
• Other staff on site include: Director of Health Center Operations, Medical Director, full time FNP, Medical Assistants, dental staff, care management and behavioral health staff

• 24 months experience as a Nurse Practitioner

• ANP / FNP-BC / Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner /APRN (Advanced Practice Registered Nurse)
