Leading Health Group looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner for Skilled Nursing role in the Brooklyn, NY area!
NP will join a mission driven team that serves their patients’ needs in the surrounding area!

Provider’s Role with the Company:
- Monday-Friday schedule, choice of 10-6 or 9-5. If Saturday worked there will be day taken off during the week
- 15-20 patients seen per day
- Working in a beautiful facility and building with a flexible schedule when needed
- Lot of opportunity to grow with the company long term
Background Profile:
- Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Adult Nurse Practitioner / ANP, Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner / AGNP
- License and Board Certification in state of New York or pending
