Job Description

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner for a staff model position in San Luis Obispo County.

Join a team committed to population health management with expertise and focus on value based health care solutions. Work alongside established onsite physician where you are surrounded by a team and resources to provide comprehensive care for your patients.

Adult Medicine primary care responsibilities with the ability to expand into specific areas of expertise if applicable. See around 20 patients per day working Monday - Friday 8AM - 5 PM.

Full time position with highly competitive salary and standard benefit package including medical, dental, vision, 401K,up to $2500 stuent loan reimbursment and CME. 10 holidays and 3 sick days.
