About the POSITION:
- Family Nurse Practitioner
- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient, and in certain circumstances, inpatient setting
- Examine, diagnose and treat acute and chronic mental health conditions
- Prepare and maintain patient documentation with high quality assurance
