Job Description

A well-established Community Health Center in Springfield, OR is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner to join their team. Enjoy a Monday-Friday schedule with light call. The FNP will be handling chronic disease management, wellness checks, physicals and sick visits. Sorry, no PA's for this position.
