Position Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

Benefits and Features:

• $110,000 – 125,000 annual salary, depending on experience

Your Role with the Company:

• Full time, M-F, no weekends
• Family Nurse Practitioner will be seeing all ages in a Primary Care setting
• FNP will join a supportive team within an integrated behavioral health setting. FNP will carry a caseload of 10-15 patients for medication assisted recovery
• You will have the opportunity to meet a big need in the community and make a big impact in patients’ lives
