Leading Community Health Group looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full scope Primary Care role in the Lebanon, PA area!
NP or PA will join a mission driven team that serves their patients’ needs in the surrounding area!

Background Profile:
- Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP or Physician Assistant / PA
- License and Board Certification in state of Pennsylvania or pending
- Incentives for bilingual Spanish speaker (not required for the role)
