Occupational Medicine/Acute Episodic care
Dates of Coverage
12/2/2019- 12/20/2019
Monday/ Wednesday 7am-5pm and Th. 6am-4pm (Sinking Spring) Tuesday 6am-4pm (Fritztown, PA)
Average 15 pts per day
Adults only
Client is looking for a provider with in driving distance
Clean PA license
2 years or more of experience
Malpractice insurance provided
Providers are paid on a weekly basis.
