2/17 - 5/2/25 minus fed holidays, with a possible option to extend
Mon, Wed 9am to 6pm
Tues, Thurs 6:30am to 3:30pm
Fridays 5am to 2pm
Employee Health Clinic - seeing employees and their dependents 2 years plus
Pendergrass, GA 30567
Employee Health, ages 6 and up
3/17, 18, 7a to 3pm
3/19, 20, 10am to 6pm
6/17, 7am to 3pm
6/18, 10am to 6pm
6/19, 10 am to 6pm
6/23, 7am to 3pm
REQUIRED:
· GA state license; active, unrestricted
· Board Certified
· Certifications- BLS
