- You will be working Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri, and Sun
- The exact clinic hours will be discussed during the interview
- Ideal candidate will have a NY license in hand or in the process
- ENT experience preferred not required
- At least 1 year of experience as an Advanced practitioner
