(Archived) Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) Needed For PRN Coverage In Hammond, Louisiana

Cross Country Locums is in search for a Family Nurse Practitioner (NP) to work as an independent contractor at a Family Healthcare clinic in Hammond, Louisiana. The ideal provider will be local and have flexibility in their schedule to pick up various dates throughout 2020. Collaborative physician is provided.

- Dates: Please send your dates of availability through email for the client to review and select dates from depending on their coverage needs.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch and Fridays 8am-12pm
- Requirements: Active Louisiana (FNP) License, and at least 1-2 years of experience working with patients of all ages
- Credentialing: Takes approximately 3-5 business days
- Compensation: Paid hourly as an independent contractor, weekly direct deposit
- Cross Country Locums will provide Professional Liability Coverage
- Client will reimburse mileage reimbursement up to 30 miles each date worked
