• Up to 150,000 depending on experience

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS ARNP Residency Director (NP)

• Skills to lead a dynamic and committed faculty
• Skills to develop new faculty
• Knowledge of curriculum development and evaluation
• Experience in performance evaluation
• Thorough understanding of evidence-based primary care within the context of value based care and changes in health care financing.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Maintain a primary care practice at one of the Clinics.
• Provide direct leadership in the development and oversight of the residency program
• Lead the Council on Education and Research

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS ARNP Residency Director (NP)

• Doctor of Family Nurse Practitioner from an accredited program
• Experience as independent primary care provider
• Administrative and/or supervisory experience in health care preferred.
