(Archived) Family Nurse Practitioner needed in NW Indiana
Job Description
Great opportunity in the NW part of Indiana to join a community health network for Family Practice. Must see all ages. The clinics are open 8a-8p Mon-Fri but the avg provider works 8-5 with one late evening a week and a Saturday (9a-1p) every 4-5 weeks. These clinics serve all multiple primary care services including Family Practice, Psych, Urgent Care, etc in only outpatient setting. These clinics are FQHC seeing the under served patient population. Multiple clinics in the area so they are flexible with location depending on your need. You will only be at one clinic however.
