Since 1999, the group has provided high quality, comprehensive health care and social services to patients of all ages and incomes for Milwaukee area residents.
- An independent non-profit organization, FQHC that operates four locations with over 100 full-time employees and serves more than 16,000 patients annually—a majority of whom are low income.
Comprehensive services include family medicine, women’s health, urgent care, dental and integrated behavioral health, in addition to supportive services such as financial counseling, benefits enrollment and referrals for specialty care.
About the POSITION
Experienced FNP needed
Minimum of 5 years' experience
Must have experience working in a Family Medicine setting
Monday-Thursday: 8am-6pm
Friday: 8am-5pm
Will work with 2 MD"s and 5 NP's and support staff
Will see patients of all ages
