Seeking a full time Nurse Practitioner for a practice PHOENIX, AZ 85018

Office hours and days candidate will work: APPROXIMATELY 8:30-4:30 MON-THURS

Salary (range): 60-70$/HR DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE

This is a Physical medicine office

NEW PATIENT EVALUATIONS, X-RAYS AND EXPLAINING THE TREATMENT PLAN TO PATIENTS. PERFORMING RE-EVALS ON EXISTING PATIENTS. MANAGING ONGOING CARE AND DEALING WITH ANY PATIENT ISSUES. RETURNING PATIENT CALLS WITH ISSUES.

Techniques/ Specialty utilized: VISCOSUPPLEMENTS PRIMARILY, SOME STEROID INJECTIONS. ALL PROCEDURES DONE USING FLOUROSCOPIC GUIDANCE. THE MD IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAJORITY OF INJECTIONS BUT THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE COMFORTABLE PERFORMING INJECTIONS IF NEEDED (TRAINING PROVIDED)
