About the AREA:
Location and marina facilities make it a convenient and popular port for leisure craft sailing between Puget Sound and the San Juan Islands.
About the GROUP:
The hospital is a 25-bed, critical access hospital. Top rated services include: 24 hour emergency department, laboratory services, acute and intensive care units, family birth center, the latest in diagnostic imaging and a comprehensive array of respiratory, physical, speech and occupational rehabilitation therapies.
In addition, the facility has clinics located in and around the hospital and local communities including a full-service orthopedic clinic and an oncology clinic administering infusion services of chemotherapy, immunotherapy and other vital treatments. Outpatient specialty clinics provide wound care, sleep medicine, Coumadin and anticoagulation, cardiology, urology and dermatology services.
The primary care clinics and the outpatient surgery center are located near the hospital in and in the surrounding communities. Primary care clinics provide pediatrics, family medicine, obstetrics, women’s health, internal medicine, mental health and dental care.
About the POSITION:
Need an FNP with at least 3-5 years' experience
Will work in an outpatient clinic setting
Will work with 3 other providers
They will have their own MA
There is a triage RN, support staff, and Practice Manager
Will work 4- 10 hour days with 8 clinical hours and 2 administrative hours per day
Will see all ages, but must be comfortable with a geriatric population
