Job Description

Cross Country locums is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a 5 month assignment at Indian Health Services in Arizona.
Coverage Dates: As soon as credentialed-12/31/2020
Scope of work:
Primary Care/Family Practice
Urgent care background is a plus
Requirements:
Any state license since this is a government position
2 years+ experience as an Advanced Practice Provider
BLS/ACLS/DEA
Competitive Compensation will be paid weekly via direct deposit. All medical malpractice insurance, travel, lodging and car rental will also be provided.
