Job Description
Vivo HealthStaff is looking for licensed Nurse Practitioners interested in providing COVID Screening and general practice medical services via telemedicine to patients remotely.
Job Description:
- Speak to patients via phone or video chat
- Screen patients for COVID
- Address other health concerns (prescription refills of non-controlled substances)
- If a patient is eligible for COVID testing, either put in a lab order to a local testing lab or have a home test sent to the patient's home.
- Active and Unrestricted Arizona Nurse Practitioner License
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Active CAQH profile
- Spanish or Portuguese Speaker
