Requirements: Active WI license, BLS, & DEA
Coverage Date: Friday August 7th, 2020
Schedule: 5:30am – 11:30am
Patient Mix: Ages 2 and up
Setting: Basic Outpatient
Duties: Wellness visits, physicals, etc
