Job Description
Cross Country Locums is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to cover a need in the Sheboygan County, WI area.
Requirements: Active WI license, BLS, & DEA
Coverage Schedule: 9/14 + 9/21 Mondays only 5:30a - 4:00 pm (10.5 hour day),
9/2, 9/9, 9/16, 9/23 Wednesdays only 5:30a - 10:30 am (5 hour day)
Patient Mix: Ages 2 and up
Setting: Basic Outpatient
Duties: Wellness visits, physicals, minor work related injuries, etc
