DOT Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) needed 3 days a week in Southern Idaho (ID)
- Scope of Practice: Family Practice / Occupational Medicine
- Dates: December 14 through April 2021
- Schedule: Monday- 8a-12p, Wednesday 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12p
- Requirements: Active ID license, board certification, DEA, DOT and BLS. Must be able to see ages 3 and up, Chronic disease mgt, Occupational Health and DOT physicals.
