Nurse Practitioner NP Part
Time Position for in-home health risk assessment (HRA) visits.
Set your own schedule and earn an excellent Income! This is an autonomous role.
Our healthcare providers conduct In-home HRA Visits are conducted face-to-face within the Medicare members home as part of their health insurance benefits. Within the visit the clinician reinforces the importance of staying current on covered preventive services while identifying potential gaps in care, which stems unnecessary hospitalizations and ER visits.
Our Providers enjoy:
Flexibility - Design your own schedule with weekend visits as an option. Providers are expected to give availability to the scheduling team for a minimum of 10 in-home HRA visits per week
No prescribing or treatment, simply performing consultative assessments/evaluations
Fixed payment W2 per completed appointment; each visit takes approximately 60 minutes
Must be State licensed and Board Certified Nurse Practitioner with NPI
The following will be provided:
Credentialing services, paid training. Malpractice insurance Fixed payment per visit Arrangement of appointments with Medicare members within a certain time frame Web tracking and scheduling tools to maximize your travel time iPad and supplies Provided Mileage Reimbursement
