Job Description

Cross Country Locums is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to help cover a need in Chicago, IL.

Requirements: Active IL license, BLS, & DEA

Coverage Schedule: 9/28/202 - 13 week assignment

Schedule: Monday - Friday (1pm - 5Pm)

Duties: Performing H&P, Wellness visits, etc.
