Expanding and cutting edge clinical research group seeks a Family Nurse Practitioner / FNP Director to work in clinical drug research in Orlando, FL!

** Must be able to see all ages**

**Must have 3-year experience as a Nurse Practitioner / NP and significant leadership and administrative experience**

• This group offers clinical trials and provides services for various neurological and medical conditions
• It serves many different pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies
• They have conducted thousands of clinical trials, improved millions of lives, and are proud to have helped in the FDA approval of over 59 new treatments

Benefits and Features:

• $100-140,000 annual salary, depending on experience
• $5-20,000 additional annual company performance bonus

Your Role with the Company:

• 40-hour work week, no call
• Leadership role, strong administrative and leadership skills are a must, driving business
• Work with in a close team of at least 20 other NP’s, Psychologists and MDs,
• 50% independent and collaborative research and 50% Leadership, managing a staff of 15-20..
• Working with patients of ALL AGES in an outpatient primary care and behavioral health
• Nurse Practitioner would be performing and managing clinical drug trials, handling patient visits and doing clinical research

Background Profile:

• Must have minimum 3+year experiences as a NP/Nurse Practitioner
• Not available to new graduates
