Job Description
Very well respected community health center is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for their busy community medicine primary care practice to provide help with diagnosis, treatment and continuity of care. This position requires assessment of patient status; ordering of diagnostic tests, diagnosis/determination of therapeutic plan; prescription/adjustment of medications; patient education and follow-up. NP license in MA is also required.
Requirements:
5+ years experience as an FNP with Outpatient experience
