Experienced Family NP or PA to join group near New Haven CT
* See all ages in outpatient Primary Care group
* See 20+ patients per day, order, perform and interpret diagnostic tests
* Create treatment plans, involving patient and family members
* Phone call 1:8
* Collaborate on improvement of care with management, other physicians and staff
* Choose a 4 or 5 day work week, Office Hours M-F 8am-4:30pm
* Very Competitive salary plus incentive bonuses
