Job Description
Family Nurse Practitioner needed November 30-December 31 at a Corporate Health clinic near Findlay, OH. Clinic sees ages 2+ for primary and acute care, and urgent care needs. Hours are Monday-Thursday 5:30am-3:00pm with a 60-minute lunch break, and Friday 5:30am-9:30am. Exact dates needed are November 30 and December 1-4, 7-11, 14-18, 21-23, & 28-31.
