Job Description
Continuum Medical Staffing has a locums assignment in Louisville, KY.
Primary Care/Acute Care clinic.
• Clinic is open to employees and spouses – no children at this time
• Employee population is 80% male
• Provider must have experience in Occupational Medicine
o Including:
o Workers’ comp injury treatment/triage
o Post-Offer/Pre-Employment Exams
o Annual Employment Physicals
o DOT Certification preferred, but not required
Dates of Coverage:
Dec. 7 - Feb. 26, 2021.
Mondays and Thursdays, 7:30a - 4:00p
Tuesdays, 11:00a - 6:00p
Fridays, 8:00a - 12:00p
Clean KY license
3 years or more of recent DNP experience.
Malpractice, Accommodations and Transit provided.
Providers paid on a weekly basis.
