Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: According to professional standards of care, performs a variety of advanced nursing / physician assistant functions. Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the ages of the patients served.
The applicants will function as a direct link to ensuring that patients in a skilled facility get excellent care and OSF follow up as they move from the hospital to the SNF and even past this care to the final care level. The APP conducts virtal visits during COVID and will live round once the pandemic is over. They are an excellent conduit for our patients during this time.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed to provide Advanced Practice Nurse Services or Physician Assistant Services
Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and State of Illinois for prescribing of narcotics
