Job Description
Primary Care NP/PA – Bronx and surrounding areas – PA must speak SPANISH!
* Client will consider internal or family medicine – New or experienced welcome to apply
* PA’s only MUST speak SPANISH; Spanish speaking NP’s a plus but not required
* See 22-25 patients per day
* Expect to see an indigenous patient base – some who have not had care in years
* Productivity based culture
* Will work out of two locations – Monday-Wednesday-Friday and Tuesday-Thursday
* Tuesday/Thursday location is providing coverage for providers on PTO
* Income $110K-$120K for new grads and $130K for experienced with incentive, quality measures, productivity, and compliance $5K-$30K additional per year
* Student loan forgiveness, Primary care incentivized for lucrative earnings
* Interview process is a virtual meeting with the COO and medical director and if both parties are interested an offer will be made within a few days
