Job Description
Nurse Practitioner needed in Indiana for Family Practice coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and Indiana state license. Provider will work Part time to Full time based on availability doing mostly telehealth. Preference to local candidate. Must be comfortable with working independently on the phone. Will need experience with well child and postpartum.
