The ideal candidate will have a background in any of the following
areas: Palliative Care, Urgent Care, Trauma, ER, ICU etc.
Patient Load: 5-6 per day
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM plus weekend call rotations (once every 3-5 weeks)
Patients type: No kids, young adults to geriatrics
-$850/month Car Allowance
-Paid Time Off: Year 1 = 15 days Year 2 = 20 days
-Holidays: 9 observed and 1 floating holiday that can be used any day of the year
-CME Benefit: $2,500 per year plus 3 additional days off to complete CME (in addition to PTO)
-Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance - Company covers 70-75%
-Added Benefit: $2,000 annually (paid out quarterly) that can be used towards childcare, elder care, schooling, or adoption expenses.
