Medcare Staffing is seeking Family Nurse Practitioner for a contract/locum tenens need in Arizona, California and Nevada.
Outpatient- Primary Care
ANY state license is accepted.

Peach Springs and Chemehuevi shifts are routinely, (Mon - Fri) 5 days/week minus Federal holidays 8 hours/day. Approximate number of shifts to be filled in family medicine is one (1) 8-hour shifts per day.

Supai shifts are routinely, (Mon - Fri) 5 days/week minus Federal holidays 8 hours/day, on 2 week rotations, Friday to Friday, flying in by helicopter Friday am, checking in with physician there and seeing patient in the afternoon and committing to a two week stay. Physician will also be available after-hours as needed to provide unscheduled urgent care on week-nights, weekends and holidays. Approximate number of shifts to be filled in family practice is one (1) 8-hour shift per day

MAJOR DUTIES REQUIRED BY THE POSITIONS:
Skill and knowledge of established concepts, principles and practices related to health care assignments and additional training or experience in assessing the conditions of patients, in providing medical care and in advising on health care needs, all with full consideration of mental, emotional and physical factors.
Knowledge of the diagnostic, preventive and therapeutic position related to a variety of medical health care fields to include OB/GYN, ENT, Pediatric, orthopedics, internal medicine, mental health, dental, emergencies, medicine, minor surgery and nutrition.
